Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later, please notify our Reception in advance. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, we offer a convenient complimentary self check-in service. Early check-in is subject to room availability and will be confirmed upon your arrival. Please note that a set of keys is provided at check-in; a €10.00 replacement fee applies in case of loss or non-return.
Check-out is required by 10:30 AM. If you require a late check-out, you may keep the room longer subject to availability and prior confirmation from our staff.
Yes, we provide a free luggage storage service for our guests until 7:00 PM on the day of departure. For long-term storage requests, please contact the Reception for applicable rates.
If breakfast is included in your rate, it features a classic Italian start: 1 hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 croissant, and 1 toast. It is served at our partner, Bar Settebello, located nearby at Via Dei Serviti 21.
If not included in your booking, you can purchase a breakfast voucher at Reception for €7.00 per person.
Children up to 4 years old stay for free when sharing a bed with their parents. We also provide baby cots (cribs) at no extra cost. Depending on the room category, an extra single bed can be added upon request (please email info@chictown.it to check availability) at a rate of €25.00–€30.00 per night.
Payment is required on arrival at the reception in cash or with a credit card. To confirm the reservation a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) is required as a guarantee. Please note that the Management reserves the right to verify the validity of the card and the same card will be used to make a pre-authorisation equal to the total of the stay 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation policies depend on the specific rate selected.
"Non-refundable" rates do not allow for changes or refunds.
For standard rates, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival date without any penalty.
Cancellations within the final 24 hours or "No Shows" will result in a charge for the full amount of the stay.

Requests received after 8:00 PM will be processed on the following day.
Yes, your furry travel companions are welcome. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a pet. An extra cleaning fee of €20.00 total per stay will be applied to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our guests.
