RECEPTION

Open from 7.30 am until 09.00 pm.

CHECK-IN

Between 2.00 pm and 9.00 pm. For late check-in after 9.00 pm, please advise Reception in advance.
For late check in after 9.00 pm the following charges will be applied:

Early check-in is subject to availability. Please check the availability with Reception upon arrival.

CHECK-OUT

Check- out time is at 10.30 am. Late check out after 10.30 am is available on request, subject to a fee and availability. We can guarantee, if available, late check-out until 7.00 pm only with the payment of extra fee of € 100,00 .The storage luggage is free until 9.00 pm on the day of departure. For long-term storage, please ask the rate directly at the Reception.

BREAKFAST

If breakfast is included in the rate, it consists of 1 hot drink, 1 croissant, 1 fruit juice and 1 toast. Breakfast is served at our partner bar “Bar Settebello”, in Via Dei Serviti 21.
If not included in the night rate it can be requested at the Reception Desk and costs € 7,00 per person.

CHILD POLICY

Children up to 7 years old stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed or in a cot (infants).
On request it is possible to add a single bed only for some room categories (ask availability at reception by mail at info@chictown.it ) at Euro 25.00 per night.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

To confirm the reservation we require a credit card details to guarantee (Mastercard o Visa).
The booking management reserves right to verify the validity of the credit card on which a preauthorization of the total amount for the stay will be made before arrival.
We will considered the reservation confirmed once you receive the confirmation by Reception.
We can book additional service in advance on your request.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The payment for a refundable booking is made directly on check-in at Reception in cash or credit card.
The payment for a not refundable booking is made at the moment of the reservation on the credit card provided.
In case of non-compliance by the guests, we reserve the rights to charge the credit card provided at the moment of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Cancellation policy vary according to the rate chosen.
Please consult our cancellation policy carefully when you book, as all terms are always clearly explained.
The not refundable rate in case of modification or cancellation is not refundable.
For no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Every cancellation of the reservation hast to be made through e-mail: info@chictown.it.
Every cancellation o modification received after 9.00 pm will be considered the day after.

KEYS

The set of the keys will be given upon arrival. Lost or unreturned keys by guest incur a fee of € 10,00.

PET FRIENDLY

Traveling companions are welcome upon notice. The extra cleaning fee of 20 euros in total will be applied.
